AUBIER

Aubier, or Sapwood, is the the soft outer layers of recently formed wood between the heartwood and the bark, that is renewing itself every year. The symbol of the Tree of Life, and of Aubier, was obvious to us. Aubier echoes to our story, to Meridiem.

Just as the sapwood (Aubier) is the link between the core of the tree and its bark, or outter layer, Meridiem is the junction of our commercial experience and the winemaking know-how acquired with the Domaine.

The constant renewal of the Sapwood year after year is the parallel of our journey since its origins.

With Aubier, we want to emphasize our key commitments: Bringing light to our state-of-the-art Terroir while being respectful of the environment.
